Window Retention

Blast Window Retention Anchor Systems from CINTEC America are fashioned out of a steel bar enclosed in a mesh fabric sleeve. The system is inserted into masonry and connected to frames. A cementitious, non-polymer grout is then injected in the sleeve. The grout fuses with the mesh, expands and forms around the steel, filling the space.

The system is designed to provide maximum resistance in case of an explosion. Before the system is installed at a building, the structure is inspected and modeled to assess and determine the best reinforcement pattern. Each system is customized to meet the needs of customers.
