Prominent local volunteer charged with felony theft Friday

Prominent local volunteer Cathy Lynn Morris was arrested on a warrant Friday by Ouachita Parish sheriff’s investigators after being charged with stealing more than $100,000 from her employer, CBC Construction of Monroe.
