Humane Society plans new building

STERLING Plans for the new facility the Logan County Humane Society (LCHS) wants to open are coming along. Dr. Bill Fredregill, president of the LCHS, and Dan Jones, executive director of the LCHS, spoke to the Rotary Club Wednesday about where theyre at with the new facility.
