Authorities have no leads in 2008 Vesper murder

SCOTTSBLUFF (AP) Authorities still have no suspects in the 2008 killing of a Scottsbluff man. Incoming Scotts Bluff County Attorney Doug Warner says the investigation of Jason Vespers death hasnt progressed because no witnesses have come forward and authorities have little information to go on.
