On today’s program we talk with Doug Wilhoit, CEO of the Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce in Stockton, California. And with regard to the new 1.2 million square foot California Healthcare Correctional Facility that the CDCR expects to have online by 2013, the Chamber of Commerce has only one message and that is Welcome to Stockton!
