Tindall’s six-sided cell modules are designed to deliver a secure, durable product that meets seismic requirements. With an integrated floor, each cell module is interior and exterior finished, furnished, and MEP upfitted under factory-controlled conditions. This integration also allows more secure shipping and streamlined erection. Construction activities on site are minimized and construction timelines can be improved up to 30 percent for significant cost savings and early project occupancy. Tindall’s manufacturing system offers flexibility in options for exterior wall architectural finishes. The company offers an adjustable module configuration and several options for interior and exterior finishes and FF&E for individual project needs.
