Richard “Skip” Parks, PE, LEEP AP, has been promoted to vice president in Heery International’s Baltimore office. Parks, who rejoined Heery in 2005, continues in his role as area manager and is responsible for service quality and innovation in the firm’s program management practice for Maryland and the surrounding states, as well as the operations of the Baltimore office. He previously worked for Heery from 1988 to 1997. Parks has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry with a strong background in project management. With Heery, he has worked on a number of criminal justice projects as well as civil engineering projects addressing water and wastewater issues in Baltimore; Annapolis, Md.; and parts of Virginia.
