Coastal Detention Makes Pair of Major Acquisitions
Coastal Detention Holdings, LLC (“Coastal” or the “Company”), a manufacturer of physical detention products, announced that in December of 2021 it has acquired a 100% interest in Maximum Security Systems, Inc. (MSSI) and All Phase Security, LLC (APS) through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Alabama Detention Holdings, LLC.
