Windsor Jail bid deadline set (Windsor Star)

WINDSOR, Ont. — Three short-listed proponents have six months to prepare final bids to construct the South West Detention Centre — a new jail project which at its peak will provide 150 full-time construction jobs, Infrastructure Ontario officials said.
