Corrections Summit 2025 – Summit Awards

To honor beloved traditions, as well as a respected leader who left the corrections community too soon, Correctional News also recognizes attendees with two special awards presented annually at the Corrections Summit.

The Brown Jacket Award

The Brown Jacket Award is a long-standing tradition reimagined as a homage to the green jacket of the famed Masters golf tournament, celebrating those within the industry who have been a critical member and long-standing attendee of the Corrections Summit and dedicated their careers to elevating correctional design and construction, serving the industry with pride and professionalism. Winners are selected by alumnus awardees.
