International Corrections and Prisons Association 2011 Conference – "Unlocking the Second Prison" – will consider how partnerships and collaborative working with and beyond organizations have improved service delivery across the correctional spectrum. It will seek to explore how prisons and community agencies can work effectively with each other and with other agencies to improve the transition from custody to the community and to improve and support interagency co-operation.
