Project Team of the Year
The Project Team of the Year Award honors a multidisciplinary team that has demonstrated exceptional collaboration, coordination and execution in delivering a corrections or justice project.
Project of the Year
The Project of the Year Award recognizes a standout corrections or justice facility (new build, expansion or renovation) that represents the highest standards of planning, design and construction.
Outstanding Corrections Professional
The Outstanding Corrections Professional Award honors an executive-level county or state correctional professional whose leadership, service and commitment have made a meaningful and measurable impact.
Design Firm of the Year
The Design Firm of the Year Award recognizes an architecture or engineering firm that exemplifies excellence, leadership and sustained impact in the design of corrections and justice facilities.
Anyone! Correctional News welcomes nominations from individuals or those representing a company or organization.
Anonymous nominations will not be accepted.
You are welcome to nominate peers, colleagues, corrections professionals and other industry leaders across the architecture, engineering, construction, vendor, subcontractor, manufacturer and facility owner/operator spectrum.
Specific criteria are outlined on each award page.
There is no limit on nominations. You may nominate as many people for awards as you like.

Winners will be announced at the 2026 Corrections Summit. They will be honored in the January/February 2027 issue of Correctional News and on social media.
