Automated Inquiry Line

Mutare Software has released an automated voice response system for sheriff’s offices, the Inmate Bond Inquiry Automation Line.

Callers navigate the automated system using a dedicated number and key pad commands. Using a text file provided by the county sheriff, the automated system will deliver an inmate’s name, bond amount, court appearance date and jail visitation hours. The total dollar amount will include all bond amounts and transaction and booking fees.
