IRCC/SRC honor students at what may be last commencement

The commencement ceremony held at Illinois River Correctional Center (IRCC) on May 13 honored 89 students for their academic achievements. The educational programs are offered by Spoon River College and the Illinois Department of Corrections Office of Adult Ed and Vocational Services.
