Beal Slough bridge, channel improvements to be discussed at open house

The public is invited to an open house Tuesday on the proposeddesign of flood reduction measures to Beal Slough at South 14thStreet and Nebraska 2 near the State Penitentiary and the redesignof the South 14th Street bridge over Beal Slough.
