Aluminum Composite Panels

Reynobond, Alcoa Architectural Products’ aluminum composite material, is now available in XXL, a 78.75-inch extra-wide width. The panels provide the same strength-to-weight ratios and flatness as Reynobond ACM, in a width designed to facilitate an architect’s ability to create a more streamlined building façade. The wider width also adds to the ability to combine Reynobond with other substrates and materials, such as glass more than five feet wide.

The product can be used in panels up to 243 inches long, without fear of oil canning or dimpling. It can be routed, drilled, punched, cut, bent, curved and formed to achieve small radius curves, reverse curves, angles and other shapes to create designs. Two 36-inch panel faces with 1-inch return legs can be fabricated economically from one wider panel.
