Tindall Corporation engineers, manufactures and erects factory-built, precast cell modules. Each module features two completely furnished and upfitted cells designed to meet specific project needs, an integral prestressed floor, an insulated exterior wall, and a utility chase containing installed electrical, plumbing and utilities for controlled quality and easy hookup.

The company’s two-stage, horizontally cast outside back walls improve insulation efficiency for energy savings and offer consistent concrete thickness throughout. This architectural exterior wall can be furnished with several finish options. The six-sided units are shipped nationwide and arrive on site with fully sealed floor joints, eliminating removable grout or moisture infiltration concerns.
