Portable Workstation

ACME Portable Machines Inc. introduces the AFS-370, a portable workstation that captures evidence from off-site SCSI, IDE and SATA drives. A 2.13 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 processor backed by 2GB of RAM uses a 17-inch LCD to display status and results. Triple independently operating write-blocked Tableau bridges allow for inspecting three subject drives at one time.

Data and image output capture is output to triple 500GB hot-swappable SATA drives. The system also includes a fixed 120 GB drive, a slim DVD-RW drive and a MediaBlock card reader for smart cards, including CompactFlash I and II, IBM Microdrive, Memory Stick, MutliMedia, Secure Digital and Smart Media cards. An extra PCI card slot allows for adding to the system.
