Omtvedt1 Bruce Omtvedt, AIA, joined HDR Architecture Inc. as a senior justice planner. Omtvedt, who will work out of the firm’s Dallas office, has more than 20 years of justice planning and design experience, working on 50 justice projects with a combined value of more than $750 million.
