A 3-2 vote seals deal between Lee County and FM to provide water service to the jail

An agreement between Fort Madison and Lee County for the city to provide water to the jail was narrowly approved with a 3-2 vote Tuesday in Keokuk. Two of the supervisors still were concerned about language in the agreement.
