Convicted Eagle Ridge eco-protester loses appeal

The Supreme Court of Canada has refused to hear an appeal brought by B.C. eco-protester Betty Krawczyk, who was hoping to reverse her criminal contempt conviction and 10-month jail sentence for blocking Sea-to-Sky Highway construction crews in 2006.
