Jail report talks about paring down project, some timelines

The Lyon County Commissioners received their first jail project update from the recently-appointed owner’s representative/project manager, Roger Sedway; and included in that update were comments that the project could go to bid to subconstractors by the end of 2010 and/or that the foundation could start earlier with a subcontractor.
