Stockwell Day announces $15M, 96-bed prison expansion in Mission

MP Stockwell Day announces Monday that Mission Institution will see a $15-million expansion. It’s the first federal B.C. prison to make room for an expected 30 per cent increase in inmates, after new rules for credit served for those waiting for trial and sentencing take affect.
