New jail inspection yields ‘thumbs up’

The North Platte Telegraph The new Lincoln County jail has received a clean bill of health. That’s what jail inspector Kirk Nichols told the board at Tuesday’s Lincoln County commissioners meeting. Smith and Boucher Engineers out of Olathe, Kan., assessed the site on Wednesday for Treanor Architects.
