Kathy Trihey

Kathy Trihey has been named superintendent of the Northeast Regional Corrections Center right outside Duluth, Minn. Trihey previously served as superintendent of the Arrowhead Juvenile Center, another division of Arrowhead Regional Corrections, where she has been working for 39 years.
