Confinement Lighting
The New Star 57L24 minimum- to maximum-security confinement grid fixture is designed for recessed security T-Bar ceiling applications. It is constructed of 18- to 14-gauge cold rolled or stainless steel, and features a 16-gauge, full-length continuous staked piano hinge with welded ends. A wide variety of lens options held in place with Z-Channel and weld studs are available, and Torx head center pin screws come standard. A black neoprene gasket around the interior doorframe prevents light leaks and the product is also available in either fluorescent or LED options. It is ideal for confinement applications, psychiatric wards and detention centers.
