Detention Lighting
Cel•Lite fluorescent light fixtures for recessed applications by Gordon Inc. are available in 12-inch- and 24-inch-wide models with lengths of 24 inches and 48 inches. The tamper-evident lighting is ideal for high security detention environments and prevents inmates from concealing contraband and includes a concealed spring-loaded, drop-slot, piano type internal hinge. It features a polyester powder coating finish with a polyurethane foam seal to prevent light leaks from the luminaire’s base. The ballasts are UL listed Class P for thermal protection and the fixture is UL and CUL listed for use in damp locations. Cel•Lite lighting fixtures are designed to integrate with the company’s Cel•Line security ceiling systems.
