Claborn Manufacturing Company Acquires Slate Security
ATHENS, Ala. — M2H2 Holding Inc., doing business as Claborn Manufacturing Company of Athens, Ala., announced that it signed a definitive agreement with Pro Detention Inc. of Orange County, Calif., to acquire all assets including but not limited to intellectual rights of Slate Security Hollow Metal Company of Hartselle, Ala.
To ensure the success of this new endeavor, management and oversight of the new Claborn Manufacturing Company will reside with the Claborn family. A trusted name in the security marketplace for more than 30 years, The Claborn Family of Companies will forever strive to be the cornerstone of the correctional marketplace. Claborn Manufacturing Company, now a sister company to Cornerstone Detention, will provide quality fabricating of security hollow metal doors, frames, windows, security-grade ceilings and an array of new and exciting product lines for the correctional marketplace.
