Leslie Jacques Joins DLR Group as California Justice+Civic Business Development Leader

DLR Group has named Leslie Jacques business development leader for its California Justice+Civic practice. Based in Sacramento, Jacques brings 26 years of architecture, engineering and construction industry experience, including business development, marketing leadership, capture planning, pursuit strategy and client engagement.

In her new role, Jacques will work with executive and technical leaders to develop client relationships, coordinate pursuit planning and support the practice’s long-term growth. Her responsibilities will focus on positioning DLR Group for justice and civic opportunities across California and aligning business development and marketing efforts.

Prior to joining DLR Group, Jacques held business development and marketing leadership positions with national AEC firms. The company’s release says she has worked across public-sector, infrastructure, environmental and civic markets, collaborating with executive leadership and multidisciplinary teams on client engagement, market positioning and major project pursuits.

Her background also includes developing business development and marketing teams, coordinating capture efforts and integrating the two functions to support organizational goals. Previous responsibilities included strengthening client engagement and brand presence while helping firms pursue significant public-sector and civic work. Jacques has also been active with the Society for Marketing Professional Services for two decades and has focused on professional development for emerging business development and marketing leaders.
