The EcoSecurity Utensil (ESU) from EcoTensil is a disposable safety utensil designed for correctional, behavioral health, hospital, substance-use disorder treatment and other facilities where traditional utensils may pose a risk. Made from slick, moisture-resistant, FDA-approved paperboard, ESU folds into a sturdy scoop for eating semi-solid foods while helping reduce opportunities for self-harm or harm to others.
