Fulton State Mental Hospital to Undergo Upgrades

FULTON, Mo. — St. Louis-based Parsons Brinckerhoff was recently awarded a contract to design a replacement facility for the Fulton State Mental Hospital, the first public mental institution west of the Mississippi River.
