The customizable security towers are designed for use along perimeters and monitoring practice ranges at correctional facilities. The company provides consultation service and installation support for each project, including drawings for approval and on-site review before fabrication of a tower.

Modu-Built Industries Inc. teamed with Stamm Manufacturing to produce Modu-Built Vantage, an elevated officer booth. The booth is fiberglass and mounted on a trailer with a scissor lift. It’s height ranges from eye level to 25 feet, providing the ability to monitor crowds and perimeters.

The booth can be built to meet customer specifications. It is 5-feet wide and 5-feet, 7-feet or 9-feet long. It features lights, HVAC and has several custom options including cameras, flood lights, graphics, furniture and trailer upgrades.

Southwest Microwave has added the Intrepid MicroTrack buried cable sensor to its lines of perimeter detection systems. The MicroTrack system detects the walking, running, jumping and crawling of individuals and tracks their location to within 10 feet.

Each system consists of a processor unit and two pairs of buried cables that can secure up to 400 meters. Each cable pair consists of one transmitter and one receiver, which are buried 4 inches to 9 inches underground. Features include software-controlled detection zones and site-adaptive sensitivity leveling.

Oldcastle Security added portable and digital security systems to its existing line of perimeter security systems. The Sentor Vision is a portable, standalone infra-red security system that can integrate with existing security, lighting and CCTV systems. The ERMO 482x Pro digital microwave barrier can be installed internationally to protect high-security prisons, military and civilian airports and nuclear power plants. It has sensitivity and integration controls for targeted discrimination and can adjust to all weather conditions.
