Visitor Badging

TEMPbadges from Temtec are self-expiring ID’s that change color when no longer valid and are now available with the One-Write Sign-In system. The system is designed for visitor and contractor sign-in because it creates a permanent log-in record at the same time that it creates a temporary ID badge. The process takes less than a minute.

The TEMPbadge One-Write System uses a specially designed clipboard and carbonized sign-in record sheet. The ID badges are placed on the special clipboard. A visitor fills in the data in one of the sign-in boxes. The carbon automatically transfers selected information onto the security badge. After the visitor fills in the data, the completed frontpart is placed on a special "migrating ink" BackPart to start the timing process and the badge is issued.
