Centers get OK for jail credit

The North Platte Telegraph Good news for those ordered to attend in-patient treatment centers – accompanying jail sentences may be shortened. On Monday, the Lincoln County commissioners approved a resolution to designate in-patient chemical dependency treatment centers and the DRIVE program as jail facilities, officially allowing time spent in each to be used as credit toward jail time.
