Enosburg man arrested on 9th drunken-driving charge

A Franklin County man, who became the poster boy for tougher drunken driving laws in Vermont after his eighth DWI arrest that resulted in the death of a college student from Enosburg in 1990, was behind bars Saturday after his arrest on his latest drunken driving charge.
