Historic Frank T. Bow building set to close
The 77-year-old Frank T. Bow Federal Building, which once was a busy, bustling center of activity in downtown Canton, will become the areas latest vacant structure after its last four federal agencies move Friday to the new Ralph Regula Federal Building.
