Lohr wants to be a voice for state workers

Ronald Lohr thought someone else would challenge Del. LeRoy E. Myers Jr. this year. But when Lohr heard Myers might go unchallenged, he jumped in. He filed July 6 about 45 minutes before the deadline, as he recalled.
