Two Vas associates plead guilty to misconduct

PERTH AMBOY Two construction company officials pleaded guilty today in Superior Court, Freehold to misconduct by a corporate official, admitting to bilking Perth Amboy out of a $58,000 catering bill for the opening of the city public safety community complex in April 2008.
