Integrated Panel System

The TrussFloor integrated security ceiling/floor system incorporates Trussbilt’s patented TrussCore technology. The system eliminates concrete cure time and the pour on ceiling decking to form a mezzanine floor and cantilevered walkway. TrussFloor panels are custom-manufactured using 12-gauge galvannealed detention-grade steel with double steel reinforcing, requiring no field modification or cutting. Panels can contribute to LEED credits for recycled content.
