Bensalem cops: We’ve ‘shed’ light on con man Jack Joseph Lyons

BENSALEM, Pa. — Police charge that Jack Joseph Lyons is a home-improvement scam artist, taking over $35,500 in deposits from 28 victims for construction and delivery of backyard sheds, and failing to do any work.
