NEW – Towers en route to Altoona-area wind farm site

Towers for 19 wind-powered turbines are onsept13 their way to an Altoona-area wind farm. The Chestnut Flats project is in Logan Township. Blades for the wind turbines are manufactured at a Gamesa plant in nearby Ebensburg.
