BASKETBALL Backboard

Lifetime Products Inc. has released a basketball backboard outfitted with a MAKROLON polycarbonate sheet that makes the product stronger than acrylic and virtually unbreakable. Unlike acrylic, the backboard does not become brittle with age.

The polycarbonate sheet features a double-sided UV coating in 2.5 millimeter and 3 millimeter thickness. The UV coating protects the backboard against discoloration.
