Electric Sizer

Caterpillar Inc. introduces the Electric Power SpecSizer for generator set sizing and specifying.

The sizer calculates factors such as site conditions, load characteristics and required performance to provide accurate data, load models and algorithms to assist in the selection of a customized generator set.

The product can evaluate load types such as air conditioners, elevators, ultraviolet lights and single-phase motors. Using a Web-based auto-update feature, the sizer can synchronize the generator set data with current technical data for the company’s products, including new generator set product information.
