Automated Discharge Software
Ramsell Correctional Application is a unique web-based, on-demand software specifically designed to automate the correctional discharge planning and management process. The software allows users to build a custom discharge plan for each inmate that matches the individual’s needs for healthcare, housing, education and employment with the right community based organizations. Using built-in workflow management capabilities, the pre-release/discharge planning team can schedule appointments with the appropriate organizations. The software also allows visibility into when the appointments are set, whether they were met or not, what services were provided, and whether or not the discharge plan has been adhered to.
