Coreslab Structures Continues To Grow
PERRIS, Calif. – Coreslab Structures, a manufacturer of precast/prestressed concrete products in both Canada and the United States, has successfully acquired all of the precast/prestressed concrete manufacturing facilities of Rinker/Hydro Conduit/Wilson Concrete.
The acquisition of eight new facilities in Albuquerque, NM; Indianapolis, IN; Kansas City, Kan.; Marshall, Mo.; LaPlatte & Omaha, Neb., and Oklahoma City & Tulsa, Okla; brings Coreslab’s total facilities to 20. This new acquisition will add additional key market areas and product lines together.
With the new acquisitions, sales are expected to exceed $300 million through its twenty-seven hundred employee workforce.
