Vanir to Manage Construction of Justice Complex in Tucson

TUCSON, Ariz. — Pima County and the city of Tucson are slated to receive a new downtown complex that will house both the county’s justice court and the city’s municipal court.


The complex, at a cost of more than $100 million, will consist of 470,000 square feet of court rooms, support facilities and associated legal offices. A 1,500-space parking structure will also be included.


California-based Vanir Construction Management Inc. was retained to provide project and construction management.
