Former ISP guard fighting dismissal

MICHIGAN CITY — Indiana State Prison officials were notified about a broken tunnel gate almost a week before two murderers and a rapist escaped through it, according to official documents, but no one followed up on it. That gate was likely the first the offenders went through to access the tunnel system.
