Leo Technologies Names Chase Hallman VP of Products

Chase Hallman has joined Leo Technologies as Vice President of Products, bringing more than 25 years of law enforcement and public safety experience to the company’s product leadership team.

In his new position, Hallman will help turn feedback from customers and frontline personnel into product priorities, requirements and new capabilities across LeoTech’s portfolio. His responsibilities include working with product, engineering, operations and customer-facing teams to align development with the needs of agency personnel.

Hallman’s background includes service with the Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC) and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). During his tenure with the GDC, Hallman led multimillion-dollar technology initiatives and helped establish and develop the GHOST intelligence program to improve the efficiency of statewide cellular assessments used to identify and disrupt contraband trafficking.

LeoTech said Hallman’s operational and investigative experience will help shape how the company develops and provides technology, including artificial intelligence and other intelligence tools, for correctional and other public safety applications.

Hallman holds a master’s degree in public safety administration from Columbus State University.
