BALLARD ROAD, easternmost northbound lane along Ballard from 500 feet south of Evergreen Drive to the intersection of Ballard and Evergreen Drive, closed to facilitate construction of a proposed right turn lane. This work is part of the Evergreen Drive reconstruction project.
