Bullet Resistant Laminates

Globe Amerada Architectural Glass announces two changes to its product line, including an all-plastic laminate called PowR-Lite LP and a recent UL listing for a five shot Level 8, glass-clad polycarbonate bullet resistant laminate.

The firm expects to soon be offering self-cleaning glass as an option for security glazing products installed in an exterior location. They state this special glass may need to be added to current security laminates, but will ease labor costs currently associated with cleaning.
